Young the Giant has announced a new album called Victory Garden.
The follow-up to 2022's American Bollywood is due out May 1. Lead single "Different Kind of Love" is out now alongside a video, which you can watch on YouTube.
"In a world inundated by either unprecedented catastrophe or mind-numbing distraction, 'Different Kind Of Love' reminds us that all hope is not lost," says frontman Sameer Gadhia. "It's an invitation to lead with empathy, to care deeply even when it's easier to shut down or turn away. At a time when cynicism feels like the default, this song believes that hope and unconditional love aren't naïve, but their own form of extreme resistance."
Here's the Victory Garden track list:
"Evergreen"
"Different Kind of Love"
"Bitter Fruit"
"Already There"
"Ships Passing"
"This Too Shall Pass"
"Mona Lisa"
"God as Witness"
"Are You With Me?"
"The Garden"
"Life Is a Long Goodbye"
